Firefighters last night tackled a fire at The Queens Arms, a derelict pub in Dawley Bank, Telford.

Two fire appliances were mobilised from Tweedale and Wellington at around 6.38pm.

The fire involved the first floor of the derelict pub.

Fire crews used one hose reel jet and one 45mm jet to put out the fire.
