7 Academy of Performing Arts, Shropshire’s leading performing arts academy, is investing and relocating to a brand new, purpose-built studio in Madeley.

Performing arts academy announces £100,000 investment into Madeley site

The academy's new £100,000 state-of-the-art facility, located on the regenerated site of the old Madeley Library, will open its doors to the public in mid-April.

Since launching in August 2016 at its existing Sutton Hill site in Telford, 7 Academy, has become the go-to destination for those interested in performance arts. Their mission is to inspire and celebrate individuality with their extensive range of classes in Dance, Musical Theatre, and Dance Ability. The new studio allows an expansion to its existing programmes to include an exciting new discipline, acro cirque, which combines acrobatics and circus skills.

Ben Anderson, Founder and Director of 7 Academy says "Our mission is to unlock the potential within our local community and give our members the confidence to pursue their dreams whatever they may be. We achieve this by adhering to seven core pillars that guide everything we do"

The purpose-built facility boasts spacious dance and performance studios and state-of-the-art technology to enhance the learning experience. With its modern design and high-quality equipment, the new studio is sure to impress students and visitors alike.

"We are thrilled to be part of the regeneration of the old Madeley Library site, and to contribute to the local business economy," adds Ben. "Our new studio will not only provide a first-class training ground, but will also become a vibrant local community hub where people can connect, learn, and grow together."

The relocation of 7 Academy is a significant step for the academy, and one that reflects its commitment to providing the highest quality of tuition and support to the community.
