Woman arrested in Bridgnorth following drugs warrant

The woman, aged 27, was arrested following a warrant that was carried out during the early hours of Tuesday morning at an address on Victoria Road in the town.

Officers from the Neighbourhood Crime Fighting Team and Shropshire Local Organised Crime Team carried out the warrant where they seized class A and class B drugs.

The woman was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A and class B drugs.

A West Mercia Police spokesperson said: "The local community can help us by continuing to report any signs of criminal activity – the easiest way to do this is on our website. Any bit of information, no matter how small it may seem, could help make a big difference."
