A man charged with attempted kidnap is due to appear before Magistrates today.
Benjamin Pritchard, of no fixed abode, is charged with attempted kidnapping with intent to commit a relevant sexual offence, and assault.
The 43-year-old is charged in relation to an incident that happened on Wednesday 26 June in Newport.
Pritchard is due to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court this morning.
