Nock Deighton sales negotiator passes property exams with flying colours
A local firm of property specialists has demonstrated its ongoing commitment to professional excellence after one of its team achieved an advanced industry qualification.

Tom Skelley, a Sales Negotiator and Valuer for Shropshire-based Nock Deighton, has attained the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) Level 3 Award in the Sale of Residential Property after successfully passing exams in four modules.
The accolade is a step-up from more general qualifications, and allows the holder to gain a greater insight into the many diverse aspects of residential property, including property appraisals, basic building construction, health and safety, and property law. Obtaining the award is also a requirement to become a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA).
Tom Skelley, who has worked with the company for four and a half years, said: “I am delighted with this qualification, particularly as I managed to gain 100% in one of the modules. I am also extremely grateful for the continual support offered to me by my colleagues at Nock Deighton, from initially recommending me for the qualification, to endorsing me throughout the months of studying that were needed to pass.”
Mike Nettleton, Director of Nock Deighton, commented: “Tom passed the Level 3 Award with flying colours, and deserves huge congratulations for his exam success. Achieving this additional qualification whilst still carrying out his day-to-day duties demonstrates his commitment to training, and in this extremely competitive industry, will hold him in good stead for the future.
“At Nock Deighton, we place a huge emphasis on enhancing the skills of all of our employees and are happy to assist in career development in any way that we can. This also enables us to pass on the best possible standards of service and professionalism to all of our clients.”
