Shropshire Chamber of Commerce is urging businesses across the county to reserve a free slot at the final one of its popular evening networking events for 2012.

The Chamber’s Evening Business Expo will be held between 5:30pm and 7:30pm on Thursday 22nd November at Furrows in Wellington, Telford, and will offer the opportunity for companies to attract new customers, meet with existing and new potential clients, and to boost their sales income.

The free event will include a light buffet and refreshments, and gives business owners the opportunity to develop their existing techniques on promoting themselves and their business, and to learn from some of the strategies that other professionals are using.

Teresa Rowe, Events Manager at Shropshire Chamber of Commerce, explained: “Our Evening Expos prove to be a really popular event each time, and offer a great opportunity for business owners across a diverse range of sectors, to come together and share valuable expertise, advice and guidance.

“As it’s our final expo of the year, we are expecting to see fantastically high footfall, making it perfect for businesses to showcase exactly what they have to offer. It is free for visitors to attend, and for exhibitors it costs just £50 for members and £70 for non-members. The event has seen a great amount of interest so I urge anyone that is serious about growing their business during these challenging economic times, to secure a place by contacting 01952 208200, emailing enquiries@shropshire-chamber.co.uk, or booking a place online at www.shropshire-chamber.co.uk.”
