A Shropshire Human Resources consultancy is offering employers across the county the opportunity to really focus on improving staff capability and performance.

Shropshire HR consultancy offers leadership and management skills training

Triangle Management Training Ltd, the dedicated training division of Triangle HR, is offering managers and supervisors the chance to sign up to its series of Ultimate Training Workshops that will help them develop effective leadership and management skills in a number of core areas.

The training sessions, delivered by a team of highly-experienced professionals, will focus on subjects such as conducting appraisals and performance reviews, managing redundancies and team reorganisations, handling disciplinary and grievance hearings, managing sickness absence, and best practice recruitment and selection. The majority of the workshops will take place at Triangle Management Training’s dedicated facility at Knights Court, Battlefield Enterprise Park, Shrewsbury, but there is scope for the training team to visit a business’s workplace.

Justine Vaughan, Founder and Director of Shrewsbury-based Triangle Management Training, said: “As one of the region’s largest HR consultancies we understand the importance of people within a business, so we have launched these workshops to ensure managers can fully develop and utilise their skills to maximise team performance.

“The sessions are ideal for staff that wish to improve their leadership and management skills in specific areas, and can help ensure team leaders have all the tools they need to manage issues in the workplace. And following our workshops, delegates will be provided with ongoing support from our team, with access to a suite of useful guidance packs written documents, as well as the opportunity for regular updates and discussions with our consultants, real added-value to ensure performance continues to improve in the long-term.

“The workshops are available as half-days for £125 per delegate or full-days for £195 per delegate, with spaces limited to 10 people. I would encourage anyone interested in finding out more to get in touch with the office on 01743 444007, or email hannah@trianglehr.co.uk to find out more.”
