Shrewsbury-based Information Solutions has partnered with The Shrewsbury Ark to enhance the charity's client support services.

Information Solutions helps The Shrewsbury Ark enhance client support

Following a generous donation of laptops from Mid Counties Co-operative, Information Solutions is refurbishing and optimising these devices to provide The Shrewsbury Ark with the necessary technology to better serve its clients.

The Shrewsbury Ark has seen an increased need for its support services as many more face homelessness and a recent donation will help enable its support team to utilise improved tools to better aid individuals including day-centre users.

A dedicated IT support partner for charities, Information Solutions is playing a crucial role in ensuring these laptops can be effectively utilised through donation of its services. The company is providing expert refurbishment services, including hardware diagnostics and the installation of essential software solutions. This will empower The Shrewsbury Ark's Support Workers with the tools they need to provide enhanced one-to-one support to clients and foster improved team collaboration.

To provide necessary, affordable IT support for charities, Information Solutions offers a dedicated charity package which has already provided a wealth of benefits not previously available to The Shrewsbury Ark and other local charities.

Kim Tunbridge, Fundraising and Community Lead at The Shrewsbury Ark said "We are incredibly grateful to Mid Counties Co-operative for their generous donation of laptops and Information Solutions for donating their time and expertise to enable them to be used by our team."

"This technology will significantly enhance our ability to provide personalised support to our clients and improve our overall efficiency.

"We are delighted to support Shrewsbury Ark in their important work," said Pete White, Director at Information Solutions. "By providing our expertise in IT support and software solutions, we are helping to ensure that these donated laptops have a maximum positive impact. We believe that technology can play a vital role in empowering charities and improving the lives of those they serve."

“Through our IT support services for local charities, we have been able to secure efficiencies and access to tools to support charities and their work at a discount therefore making services more affordable and accessible.”

This collaboration demonstrates the power of community partnerships in making a real difference. Through the use of technology, the charity can further enhance its ability to aid those in need of their services and its users can gain access to valuable tools take steps to help change their circumstances.
