Assured Group completes purchase of its second unit at Shrewsbury’s Battlefield Enterprise Park

Assured Group, a company which specialises in vehicle preparation management, has completed the purchase of its second unit at Shrewsbury’s Battlefield Enterprise Park as part of an expansion.

The company has snapped up Unit 6, Knights Park, Hussey Road which includes versatile accommodation, including a warehouse with front roller shutter loading door, a reception area, ground and first floor offices, kitchenette and staff facilities.

It also benefits from on-site car parking and a loading area.

Josh Hyde, who handled the sale for Towler Shaw Roberts, said: “Assured Group already occupy neighbouring Unit 7 at Knights Park, and purchasing Unit 6 now allows them to expand on site with extra storage and distribution space.

“There remains a continued strong demand from businesses to acquire modern industrial units, with Unit 6 attracting a good level of interest ahead of a sale being completed.

“Knights Park occupies a convenient location just off Knights Way in the heart of the popular and expanding Battlefield Enterprise Park.

“It’s the principal commercial area of Shrewsbury and benefits from convenient access to both the A49 and A5."
