Have your say on Telford & Wrekin Council services
Telford & Wrekin Council is asking residents to get involved with The Community Panel and have their say.

The Telford and Wrekin Community Panel is made up of anyone from the borough who would like to give their views and ideas on a range of local issues and services. The council will listen and take into account the views of the Community Panel when planning and delivering local services.
You could get involved in a number of ways, including surveys, emails, mystery customers, focus groups, but it’s up to you how much or little involvement you would like to have and you can opt out at any time.
Telford & Wrekin Council says they receive great feedback from members of the Community Panel. One member who recently attended a focus group on how the Council can communicate better said: “It was valuable, an opportunity to share my views and I felt they would be listened to”.
To be part of the panel go to www.telford.gov.uk/yourviewsmatter or call 01952 382131.
Cllr Shaun Davies, Cabinet Member for Co-operative Council and Partnership, said: “The Community Panel is an exciting and important role for any one of you to make the most of. As a Co-operative Council we are striving to get you more involved in decision making and give you more opportunities to have your say. This panel gives you a voice in many, many aspects of the Council, its services and how they are run.
“If you have a burning desire to give something back to the local area, you are passionate about services available for residents, you think you have an innovative and forward thinking approach, or you just want to voice your opinion on a change that could be made, then I urge you to apply today.
“We need as many people as possible to come forward so we can give our Community Panel a real boost and ensure it continues to be as representative of the community as possible.”
You can apply to join the Panel if you live in the borough of Telford and Wrekin and are aged 16 years or over.
