A sales open day held to showcase the new homes available for sale at Dothill in Telford has been hailed as a great success.

The Wrekin Housing Trust has been redeveloping the Breidden flats site in Dothill and customers attending the event were able to see the new properties and speak to representatives from the Trust and letting agent Your Move who have been marketing the homes, about these fantastic new properties.

There are six properties available for sale on the development, all semi-detached family homes, consisting of two three-bedroom and four two-bedroom houses, one of which has now been sold to a customer who attended the event. There are also four two-bedroom houses and one three-bedroom house available through HomeBuy Direct, the government scheme which allows customers to borrow 30% towards the cost of a property and to buy the rest at a later date.

Rebecca North from the development team at The Wrekin Housing Trust said: “The sales event was a great way for people to find out more about these homes for sale, which will be ready soon. We had a great turnout and will be holding another similar event in November.”

All of the new homes at Dothill, which will also include social rent homes advertised through the Trust’s lettings system Choose Your Home, are built to a fantastic specification. The Dothill site has a pool and parkland directly adjacent to the site, and there are shops, schools and transport links nearby.

The remaining sale properties are being marketed by Your Move who can be contacted on 01952 641242 or visit www.your-move.co.uk.
