Thieves steal copper cabling from Telford industrial unit
Thieves have stolen thousands of pounds worth of copper cabling from a unit at a Telford Industrial Estate.

Offenders made off with around £10,000 of the copper armoured cabling from a unit on Ketley Business Park in Ketley after forcing their way into premises some time between 5.30pm on Thursday and 7.30am on Friday.
Once inside the premises thieves searched around before stealing a tipper truck with a skip on the back. The skip was full of copper armoured cabling.
Police are investigating the matter and are appealing to anyone with information to come forward.
A Telford Police spokeswoman said: "The cabling that was stolen is fairly rare. It originates from the Continent and is of a different construction to UK cabling. The armouring of the cable is of sheet steel construction as opposed to steel cabling which is the UK standard.
"Police are investigating the incident and are eager to speak to any motorists or residents who saw the tipper truck with a skip on the back being driven in the area either on Thursday night or the early hours of Friday.
"We also want to hear from any scrap metal dealers who may have been offered any of this unusual cabling. It is easily identifiable so if you have been approached by anybody trying to sell around six tonnes of this kind of cabling, then please come forward."
The stolen cabling is worth around £10,000 and weighs around six tonnes. The stolen skip is worth around £1,500 and the tipper truck, which was stolen without the keys, is worth around £12,000.
Anyone with information about the incident or any of the stolen items is asked to contact Telford Police on the new non-emergency number 101. Alternatively information can be passed anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
