Shropshire Council properties to go under the hammer at auction
Three Shropshire Council owned properties are to be sold by public auction by leading county auctioneers Halls next month.

The collective property auction will be held at Halls’ Welsh Bridge saleroom in Shrewsbury on Wednesday, December 12.
The three council-owned properties include former public conveniences at Eagle Lane, Cleobury Mortimer, which have a guide price of £6,000 to £9,000, 140 square metres of land fronting a cul-de-sac at St Andrews Road, Radbrook, Shrewsbury (£8,000 to £10,000) and 311 square metres of land off Fothergill Way, Wem (£2,000 to £4,000).
Internal viewings of the public conveniences, which are by appointment with Halls in Shrewsbury on Tel: 01743 284777, have been arranged on Monday, November 26 and Friday, November 30 between 9am and 10am.
Halls’ director David Giles said the company was delighted to be selling the three properties on behalf of Shropshire Council. A previous successful collective auction held by Halls in September saw nine diverse council properties sell for £328,500, nearly 50 per cent above the reserve price.
