Shrewsbury man wanted for resisting arrest
Police in Shrewsbury are appealing for information about a local man who assaulted two officers while resisting arrest.

They have issued a picture of Gary Milner, aged 32, of Old Heath, who ran off after a violent struggle with officers who attempted to restrain him on Friday night.
The officers – a sergeant and female police constable – suffered cuts and bruising during the struggle. Milner ran off across gardens in Old Heath with handcuffs attached to one of his wrists.
He is wanted for recall to prison on suspicion of breaching a number of conditions on his licence.
Milner was given a two-and-a-half year sentence at Shrewsbury Crown Court in November 2011 for handling stolen goods, possession of cannabis, dangerous driving and driving while disqualified.
He was released on prison licence last November after serving just over a year of the sentence.
Detective Inspector Pete Brophy said today: “Milner may still be in the Shrewsbury area or possibly elsewhere in the county.
“We are appealing for information concerning his whereabouts. Anyone who knows where he is or who has been in contact with him, should call Shrewsbury police station on 101.
“Details can also be given to the anonymous Crimestoppers charity by calling 0800 555 111 for which a reward may be paid.”
Milner is also wanted on suspicion of assaulting the two police officers, causing actual bodily harm.
