CCTV images released as part of Bridgnorth robbery investigation
Police officers investigating a robbery in Bridgnorth just over a week ago have today released CCTV images of a man they wish to identify as part of the investigation.

The robbery occurred at the Nisa store on Queensway Drive on Sunday 23 February.

At just before 9pm, as two male members of staff were beginning to close up, an unknown man entered the shop and threatened staff with a small handgun.
The man demanded money from the staff and after they handed him around £200, he then shut them in back room and fled the scene in the direction of The Hookfield.
Although the two staff members did not suffer any physical injuries as a result of this incident, both were left very shaken by the robbery.
Does the scarf covering the man's face look familiar?A police spokesman said:
“This robbery occurred just over a week ago and we carried out a number of anniversary checks in the area on Sunday as part of our investigation.
“However, the key for us now is to identify the individual captured in the CCTV images we have released today.
“If anyone can identify this man, or recognises the scarf that is covering his face, we would ask that person to contact us immediately.
“In addition, we are very keen to find the Nisa shopping bag the money was handed over to the offender in because, if this has been discarded nearby, it could provide us with vital evidence.
“Anyone who believes they may be able to provide officers with information that could aid their investigation into this robbery is asked to call police in Shropshire on 101, quoting incident number 653S 230214.
“Alternatively, please remember that Crimestoppers can also be called anonymously on 0800 555 111 if you’d rather leave information without identifying yourself.”
