Burst water main causes supply issues in Shrewsbury

The burst water main at the junction of Roman Road and Upper Road is in the same location as a similar burst which flooded local businesses on Hereford Road on 14 December.

Severn Trent say their teams are working to get the pipe fixed and everything back to normal as quickly as possible.

They hope to have water restored to most customers in the next few hours.
