Post Office to cross the road in Much Wenlock
Much Wenlock residents can have their say on the proposal to move the Post Office from one side of the High Street to the other.

If the move goes ahead, the branch would become one of the new local style branches located inside the Spar convenience store and open for the same hours as the store.
Philip Dunne MP said:
“I hope local residents will respond to the consultation to ensure any concerns are addressed. But this move seems a sensible way to secure a Post Office branch in Much Wenlock town centre for the foreseeable future. This new style of branch has been successfully introduced elsewhere in South Shropshire, which has proved popular with customers given much longer opening hours.
"Many people rely increasingly on the Post Office for their personal or business banking, so I am pleased that we are seeing this investment.”
Posters and leaflets will be displayed in the existing branch at 9 High Street to let customers know about the proposed changes.
The consultation lasts until 26 May 2015.
