Two motorcyclists killed in tragic incident
Two motorcyclists have died following a collision in Gailey, Staffordshire this morning.

The incident occurred on the A5 towards Telford, approximately one mile from Gailey Island, shortly after 10am.
The vehicles involved in the collision were a red BMW motorcycle and a white and blue Suzuki motorcycle.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: “Crews arrived to find two motorbikes that had been in collision.
“Unfortunately, it quickly became apparent that nothing could be done to save either of the two motorcyclists, both men, and they were confirmed dead at the scene.
“A third patient, a woman who was in a van nearby and witnessed the incident, was treated for symptoms of shock, before being discharged at the scene.”
Staffordshire Police said specially trained officers are supporting the families of the two men, although they have yet to be formally identified.
The A5 remains closed between Weston-under-Lizard and Gailey, approximately a seven-mile stretch, whilst a detailed examination of the scene takes place.
The A41 has also been closed to stop vehicles joining the A5.
HGV drivers are continuing to be advised to avoid the area completely as their vehicles are unsuitable for nearby country lanes.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Staffordshire Police on 101 quoting incident 189 of July 29.
UPDATE: The road reopened to traffic this evening.
