Two new directors appointed to Shropshire Council's private company, ip&e Ltd
Two new directors were today appointed to the Board of ip&e Ltd, Shropshire Council's private company.
Steph Jackson and Helen Powell, were appointed to the company's Board, both are senior officers within Shropshire Council.
Shropshire Council said in a statement that both "bring with them a wealth of experience of company law and how council companies operate".
"They will join the existing directors to review and make decisions on policies, annual reporting, financial reporting and performance reporting, as well as assisting with the current review."
