Car collides with electricity pole on A483 at Pant

Emergency services were called to the A483 at Pant this afternoon after a car collided with an electricity pole.

The incident happened at around 1.20pm closing the road for a time.

One casualty was treated by ambulance personnel.

Two fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Oswestry along with an operations officer.

Crews assisted police in clearing the carriageway using a Tirfor winch.
